Full automated API integration is on our roadmap for Q2-Q3 2026. Today, daily CSV import works — download orders from the Trendyol seller panel, send to Simge, auto-processed. Manual work is reduced to ~10 minutes/day.
How does shipping carrier integration work?
For Aras, Yurtiçi, MNG, PTT, UPS — input tracking code and Simge polls status periodically. Direct shipping label generation is planned for Q4 2026.
Is there a Shopify integration?
A direct Shopify integration (real-time order/customer/cart data via webhook) is not live yet; it is on the roadmap. Today you import order data via CSV/Excel.
Can I auto-send shipping info to customers via WhatsApp?
Yes, via Meta-approved template messages. "Your order has been shipped, tracking: X" — standard notifications. GDPR-compliant, customer consent on record.
What costs are deducted in net profit calculation?
Marketplace commission (Trendyol 22-28%, HB 12-25% etc.), shipping cost, VAT, bank commission, return losses. If you input ad spend, CAC analysis is also computed.
I have multiple stores (different names on different marketplaces) — can I see them all?
Yes. Each marketplace store is a separate channel inside one Omnirago account. Brand-level and category-level analysis is supported.
How accurate is seasonal demand forecasting?
With at least 12 months of history we aim for 85%+ accuracy. New sellers get category-average + trend data with a wider prediction range. Forecasts are suggestions; the decision is yours.
