Is there integration with Turkish tax office (GIB) e-Invoice/e-Archive?
Today Omnirago prepares PDF invoices and quotes and sends them to your customer via email/Telegram/WhatsApp; you can manage accounts, stock and operations records. Direct e-Invoice/e-Archive submission to the tax authority (GİB) is not live yet — the integration is on the roadmap. Official e-document and tax filings require review by your accountant.
Is time tracking like a real stopwatch?
Both — you can manually say "worked 3 hours today", or "start timer for ABC" and "stop timer" when done. Professional stopwatch functionality similar to Toggl/Harvest is supported.
Can Simge draft client contracts?
If you have a template, Simge fills in client name, info and amounts. It doesn't draft new legal text from scratch — that's a lawyer's job. It personalises existing templates and generates PDFs.
Is VAT calculated automatically?
Yes. Depending on service type, 20% (standard), 10% or 1% (special). Foreign clients get VAT exemption automatically. Withholding tax on applicable services is computed.
Won't receivable reminders annoy the client?
You set the tone. Our templates start polite ("Hi, I noticed your payment was due 5 days ago; would be grateful if you could send it when convenient") and only after 30+ days of delay does formal tone get suggested. No message ever goes out without your approval.
I have multiple companies/brands — can they be kept separate?
