Frequently asked questions from retail store owners

Does it work with my existing POS?
Omnirago complements rather than replaces your POS. Daily sales data can be imported via CSV/Excel; direct API integrations with major Turkish POS brands (Logo, Mikro, Nebim, Akınsoft) are on our roadmap. You can also use Omnirago standalone without a POS.
I have multiple branches — do price changes apply to all?
Yes. You can change a price for "all branches" or set branch-specific prices like "Beşiktaş branch only". Branch-level campaigns and stock stay separate.
Does barcode scanning really work from a WhatsApp photo?
Yes. Send a clean photo of the product barcode — Simge uses OCR + barcode recognition to find it in your system. If not found, it asks "Add as a new product?".
Can I bulk-upload customer phone numbers?
Yes. Upload via Excel or CSV; name, phone, birthday, segment fields are auto-mapped. We provide a GDPR/KVKK consent template for WhatsApp marketing.
Can I get per-cashier sales and loss reports?
Yes. Each sale records the cashier ID; shifts, revenue, returns and shrinkage are attributed per cashier. Useful for performance reviews and dispute resolution.
Do WhatsApp campaign messages need Meta approval?
Marketing template messages require Meta's WhatsApp Business approval. Omnirago manages that process on Cloud API; we prepare initial templates for you and submit them. During the free trial you can draft templates without restriction.
How does inter-branch stock transfer work?
One command: "Transfer 20 red t-shirts from Kadıköy to Beşiktaş". A transfer record is created, source stock decreases, destination shows incoming stock; once destination confirms receipt, stock is added. The movement appears in the audit log.
