I already have a POS — does Omnirago replace it?
No, Omnirago complements your POS rather than replacing it. We connect to your POS data (via integration or CSV import) and you ask meaningful questions in WhatsApp. Your POS stays untouched.
Will my staff know how to use WhatsApp for this?
Yes. WhatsApp is used daily by 95% of adults in Turkey. Talking to Simge needs no training — they just type "I need a day off" and the system handles it.
Can I photograph supplier invoices and send them in?
Yes. Send a photo of the invoice to Simge on WhatsApp or Telegram — OCR extracts the total, due date, line items and posts it to the correct vendor. It comes back to you as a pending record to confirm.
How is the data secured? Are customer phone numbers safe?
All data is stored on our Frankfurt server in compliance with GDPR and KVKK. Customer phones are kept in an encrypted column, accessible only to your tenant. Sensitive operations are written to an audit log.
I have multiple branches — can I manage them all?
Yes. Each branch is a separate location; revenue, stock and staff data are filtered by branch. You can ask "What's today's revenue at the Kadıköy branch?" or "All branches combined".
How does the free trial work?
