What is Omnirago?

Omnirago is a WhatsApp and Telegram based business management system designed for SMB owners. You can manage customers, invoices, account balances, offers, products, stock and delivery notes in plain English through the AI assistant Simge. The web panel includes reporting, user management and advanced CRM tools; you can prepare invoices and quotes as PDFs and send them to your customer. With a single message like "Create an invoice to X for 5 units" you can deliver the PDF in seconds. Cloud-based, multi-user, accessible from your mobile devices.

Do I need a credit card for the 14-day trial?

Accepted Answer

No. Our 14-day free trial does not require credit card information. You can create your account on /signup in seconds using your email and company name. During the trial you get full access to Pro plan features: unlimited customers, 5,000 AI messages (Pro quota), multiple users and PDF templates. At the end of the trial, your account is not charged automatically. To continue, choose a plan from Settings → Subscription. AI actions may be paused until a plan is selected; your data is not deleted automatically.

How do I create my account?

Creating an account is straightforward. Go to omnirago.com/signup, enter your email and company name and choose a strong password. Within seconds you receive an email verification link; clicking it activates your account. The welcome flow asks for your default currency (TRY/USD/EUR), industry and company logo. After these steps you are redirected to the dashboard. You can then connect your Telegram or WhatsApp bot from Settings → Integrations to start chatting with Simge. The full process takes under 3 minutes.

Which devices can I use?

Omnirago is a fully web-based, cloud-hosted platform. You can access it from any device with a modern browser: Windows, macOS and Linux computers; iPad and Android tablets; iPhone and Android phones. The UI is fully responsive and works smoothly on small screens. On mobile you can "Add to Home Screen" to install it as a PWA for a near-native app experience. Our AI assistant Simge runs on Telegram and WhatsApp, so no extra installation is needed — the apps already on your phone are enough. Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.

How do I add my first customer?

Two ways. First: in the web panel go to "Customers", click "New Customer" top right, fill in name, phone, email and tax number, then save. Second (recommended): on Telegram or WhatsApp tell Simge "Add a new customer named John Doe, phone 0532 555 1234" — Simge parses the info, creates the customer and waits for your confirmation. To bulk-import from Excel use Customers → Import; download the template, fill it in and upload. All customer records are automatically linked to your company account via tenant isolation.

Do you support e-invoicing?

Omnirago can currently prepare PDF invoices and quotes (UBL-TR style layout) and send them to your customer via email or Telegram/WhatsApp. You can manage accounts, stock and operations records. Direct e-Invoice/e-Archive submission to the Turkish tax authority (GİB) is NOT live yet; the integration is on the roadmap. Official e-document and tax filings require review by your accountant.

Which currencies do you support?

TRY, USD and EUR are supported. Each tenant has a default currency (chosen at signup); invoices, offers, ledger entries or payments can be in a different currency. The system automatically fetches current exchange rates and lets you report across currencies — you can ask Simge things like "How much TL does my total EUR receivables make this month?". Multi-currency account balances track a separate balance per currency. Additional currencies are on our roadmap.

How are invoice numbers assigned?

Invoice numbers are auto-incremented by year and type. The default format is "SAL2026000001" (sales) and "PUR2026000001" (purchase). You can fully customise the format from Settings → Document Numbering: prefix, year position, zero-pad length, starting counter, etc. If you need multiple series (e.g. one per branch), you can define per-series counters. To avoid clashes with old numbers, the system isolates withdrawn numbers from the active pool.

How do I create invoices?

You create invoices one by one: from the panel or by telling Simge "Create an invoice to X for 5 units", which generates an invoice/quote PDF. You can bulk-import your customers and products via CSV/Excel, then prepare invoices quickly. Invoices/quotes are produced as PDFs; account-balance and stock records are updated. Missing/invalid fields (e.g. invalid VKN) are flagged to you during validation.

How do I restore a cancelled invoice?

Two options. If the invoice was cancelled in draft status: Invoices → "Cancelled" filter → find the invoice → click "Restore"; the invoice returns to active. If the invoice was already finalized (issued officially), you must issue a "Refund Invoice" (-) instead of cancelling; the original invoice is not deleted, a reverse entry is created. The system automatically links the refund to the original and nets it on the account balance. All cancel/refund actions are recorded in Audit Logs for audit purposes.

How do I connect WhatsApp?

WhatsApp Cloud API works alongside Telegram; you do not enter your own Meta API key. To connect: go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp — the system generates a pairing code and QR for you. You send this ready connection code to the central Omnirago WhatsApp number; your number is linked to your tenant and you start the chat. You can also start without WhatsApp: the Telegram bot is free and activates in a few minutes. When using WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta's current messaging fees may apply; the latest terms are set by Meta.

How do I connect a Telegram bot?

Done in 30 seconds. First, on Telegram message @BotFather and use /newbot to create a new bot — give it a name (e.g. "Aydin Textile Assistant") and a username (e.g. "aydintextile_bot"). BotFather returns an HTTP API Token (a long string). Copy that token. In the Omnirago panel, go to Settings → Integrations → Telegram, paste the token and click "Connect". The system installs a webhook on your bot, validates and activates it. Now everything you type to your bot on Telegram is handled by Simge. To assign authorised users, map each team member's Telegram username under Settings → Users.

Can multiple users share the same bot?

Yes, absolutely. A bot supports multiple authorised users. Each bot is bound to a single tenant (company account), but any number of users under that tenant can chat with it. The system identifies each user by Telegram user ID or WhatsApp phone number and applies their role permissions. For example: the owner can issue invoice commands, the accountant can only run reports, and the warehouse staff can only query stock. This permission matrix is defined granularly under Settings → Roles. Chat history is tracked per user so the "who did what" audit trail is always preserved and viewable in Audit Logs.

Are messages encrypted?

Technical and organisational security measures are applied. Traffic between Telegram/WhatsApp and our servers is encrypted in transit with TLS. Sensitive secrets such as API keys and two-factor (2FA) seeds are encrypted at the application level with AES-256-GCM. Access control (RBAC), 2FA, audit logging and rate limiting are in place. Is there a quota on bot messages?

Quotas vary by channel. Telegram is provided free by us with no message limit (Telegram's global API rate limits apply). When using WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta's current messaging fees may apply; the latest terms are set by Meta and usage is reflected on your account. AI responses are subject to your plan AI quota (Solo: 1,000, Pro: 5,000, Business: 20,000/month). View detailed usage at Settings → Usage.

How does Simge work?

Simge is an AI assistant that understands natural-language commands and performs actions on the Omnirago platform. Under the hood it uses DeepSeek V3 (default), Claude Haiku (fallback) and Groq Llama. On each message it: (1) detects intent (e.g. "issue invoice", "check stock", "run report"); (2) extracts parameters (customer name, amount, date, etc.); (3) executes the database action and asks for confirmation; (4) replies in natural language. Risky actions (delete, large invoice, payment) always require a second confirmation. The entire conversation history is used to personalise the assistant per company.

What commands does it understand?

Simge handles a broad command surface. Customers: "Add new customer John Doe 555...", "List all invoices for John". Invoicing: "Issue a 3,500 USD consulting invoice to X Ltd". Stock: "What is the stock of A101?", "Add 100 units of B202 stock". Account balance: "How much does X owe?". Collection: "Received 1,500 USD cash from John, record the payment". Offers: "Prepare a PDF offer for Y". Reports: "How many invoices this week?", "Top selling product last month?". Reminders: "Remind me of the meeting tomorrow at 2pm". Even open questions: "How much profit this year?". The command list keeps growing — try anything in natural language.

What should I do if the AI gives a wrong answer?

Simge can occasionally misread an intent. In that case: (1) Click the "👎 Wrong" button under the bot reply — feedback is used for model improvement. (2) Rephrase the command more clearly (e.g. say "sales invoice" instead of just "invoice"). (3) If it misinterpreted a risky action, type "cancel" at the confirmation step to stop it; no persistent changes are made. (4) For recurring issues, fill in Settings → AI → Report Wrong Answer or email support@omnirago.com with a screenshot.

Which language models are used?

Accepted Answer

Omnirago uses a distributed AI stack. By default a DeepSeek model is used; when needed it fails over automatically to backup providers (e.g. Anthropic, Groq). With BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) you can connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI key; requests are then processed on your account. All prompts are isolated per company and never used as training data.

What is the monthly AI message limit?

AI message quota varies by plan. Solo: 1,000 AI messages/month, Pro: 5,000, Business: 20,000. "AI message" only counts commands Simge actually executes — greetings and small talk are not counted. If the limit is exceeded messaging is not cut off; you continue by topping up credit (₺50 ≈ 200 messages). Real-time usage is tracked at Settings → Usage. With BYOK enabled, there is no limit — fees go directly to your AI account.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored within the EU, in data centres in Frankfurt, Germany (Markahost infrastructure) and on managed PostgreSQL (Neon). The location is chosen for both KVKK and GDPR compliance. The database is backed up regularly by the managed provider with a restore window. Cross-border transfer is limited to the EU, legal under adequacy decisions. Are you GDPR compliant?

Omnirago is designed to operate in line with KVKK and GDPR principles. The data controller is Clinimate Medikal Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Türkiye). The KVKK notice, privacy and cookie policies are published (omnirago.com/kvkk, /privacy, /cerez-politikasi). You can exercise your data rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. Your data is stored within the EU (Frankfurt). Once the VERBIS registration obligation is fulfilled, the registry number will be added to the KVKK notice. Can I delete my company account?

Accepted Answer

Account deletion is under your control. An Admin user can open a deletion request from Settings → Data Deletion. To confirm, you type "DELETE" ("SIL" in the Turkish interface). After that: (1) the account stays in soft-delete for 30 days, during which you can cancel the request; (2) at the end of 30 days the tenant data is permanently deleted (cascade). Your KVKK/GDPR rights are free of charge.

What happens in case of a data breach?

In the event of a data breach we act in line with our obligations under KVKK and GDPR: the breach is investigated, where notification is required the competent authorities and affected users are informed within the period prescribed by law, and corrective measures are taken and logged. What if I forget my password?

Accepted Answer

On the login page click "Forgot Password", enter your account email, and click "Send Reset Link". A secure reset link (valid 1 hour) is sent to your inbox within seconds. Click it and set a new password — minimum 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase and a digit required. With 2FA enabled, you can also use your backup codes. How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is one click. In the web panel go to Settings → Subscription and press "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom. After your confirmation the subscription ends on the next billing date — you keep all features for the paid period, no separate refund request needed. Auto-renewal stops, your card will not be charged again. After cancellation you can export your data to PDF/Excel or resubscribe. See omnirago.com/refund for our refund policy.

Can I change plans?

Yes, anytime. Settings → Subscription → "Change Plan" lets you compare and pick Solo, Pro or Business. Upgrades take effect immediately — all new features unlock at once and the difference is pro-rated and charged. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, so you do not lose the period you already paid for. Your data is preserved on plan change. Monthly ↔ annual switches use the same menu; the annual plan is discounted.

Can I manage multiple companies?

Omnirago is multi-tenant; each company is a separate tenant. The same email can own several company accounts and you switch between them via the top bar in one click. Each tenant's data is fully isolated from the others.

Can account deletion be reversed?

Accepted Answer

Reversible within 30 days, not after. When you submit a deletion request the account enters a 30-day soft-delete period; during that time you can cancel the request to reactivate the account with no data loss. After 30 days the tenant data is permanently deleted (cascade) and restoration is no longer possible. Important: export your data before deletion.

What is the billing frequency?

Two options: monthly and annual. Monthly plans charge your card on the same date each month in advance. Annual plans charge the full year upfront with a 20% discount. Annual subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each year; disable auto-renew at Settings → Subscription. TRY payments go through PayTR; USD/EUR international payments go through Paddle (Merchant of Record — VAT/sales tax handled automatically). Your invoice is emailed immediately after each payment. Bank transfer is available on the Business plan.
